Fen\u00f4menos naturais, como a cheia e a seca de rios, e as grandes dist\u00e2ncias a serem percorridas comprometem a log\u00edstica de transporte entre as comunidades ribeirinhas, afetando a rotina de estudantes e profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que os investimentos para acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o nessa regi\u00e3o do Brasil considerem as din\u00e2micas ambientais, organizacionais e de vida dessas popula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Nosso estudo aborda o contexto educacional em comunidades ribeirinhas da Amaz\u00f4nia, destaca como as <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdoead.com.br\/tag\/vida-na-universidade\/politicas-educacionais#:~:text=Pol%C3%ADticas%20educacionais%20s%C3%A3o%20um%20tipo,n%C3%ADvel%20federal%2C%20estadual%20ou%20municipal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pol\u00edticas para acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span><\/strong> chegam a essas \u00e1reas, e o desafios enfrentados para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas pol\u00edticas \u00e0 realidade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o no meio rural do estado do Amazonas. Al\u00e9m desses aspectos, abordamos outras vari\u00e1veis neste estudo e, em breve, publicaremos os resultados neste mesmo formato, via Rede Conex\u00f5es Amaz\u00f4nicas.<\/p><p>\u00c9 importante destacar que as Secretarias Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do estado do Amazonas t\u00eam um papel fundamental na tradu\u00e7\u00e3o e na adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l9394.htm#:~:text=L9394&amp;text=Estabelece%20as%20diretrizes%20e%20bases%20da%20educa%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20nacional.&amp;text=Art.%201%C2%BA%20A%20educa%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20abrange,civil%20e%20nas%20manifesta%C3%A7%C3%B5es%20culturais.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (LDB\/96).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d440263 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d440263\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p><strong>A LDB\/96 determina o direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o para todos, independentemente da idade e da localidade onde as pessoas vivem.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Foto: Edu Coelho.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07da9ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"07da9ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d4a7ef6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d4a7ef6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No que diz respeito \u00e0s \u00e1reas rurais do Amazonas, em complemento \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es existentes, a principal medida para o ajuste \u00e0s novas diretrizes foi a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>modelo de escolas nucleadas, ou escolas-polo<\/strong>.<\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>As escolas nucleadas ou escolas-polo consistem em reunir, em uma \u00fanica escola, alunos provenientes de escolas pequenas, com menos de 21 alunos.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p>Para tanto, as escolas menores s\u00e3o fechadas e os estudantes s\u00e3o transferidos para as chamadas escolas nucleadas. Essa pol\u00edtica tem influenciado no fechamento e escolas pequenas, com efeito direto no <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.21573\/vol31n32015.60010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ensino multisseriado<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. O ensino multisseriado ocorre quando h\u00e1 oferta simult\u00e2nea de diversas s\u00e9ries escolares em uma \u00fanica sala de aula e diferentes disciplinas s\u00e3o geralmente ministradas por um \u00fanico professor.<\/p><p>A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da LDB\/96, a qual prev\u00ea a igualdade do ensino em todo o pa\u00eds, teve reflexos diretos no cotidiano dos estudantes residentes nas rurais do estado do Amazonas. A gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica do Amazonas n\u00e3o considerou as caracter\u00edsticas pr\u00f3prias do espa\u00e7o e do tempo amaz\u00f4nicos, como as diferen\u00e7as na dura\u00e7\u00e3o e no modo de deslocamento, sujeitas \u00e0 \u00e9poca do ano e <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1590\/S1413-24782022270029\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">que obrigam os alunos a buscarem estudo longe de seus domic\u00edlios<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. A migra\u00e7\u00e3o ou o deslocamento de uma crian\u00e7a ou jovem n\u00e3o \u00e9 um projeto individual. \u00c9 uma mudan\u00e7a que, necessariamente, interfere nas estrat\u00e9gias de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da vida em fam\u00edlia e, em maior escala, da vida em sociedade. Ou seja, a garantia do acesso \u00e0 escola pr\u00f3ximo ao domic\u00edlio em que se vive, al\u00e9m de se fazer cumprir o direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, visa \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das caracter\u00edsticas e tradi\u00e7\u00f5es locais.<\/p><p>A promulga\u00e7\u00e3o da LDB\/96 tamb\u00e9m proporcionou o desenvolvimento de outras estrat\u00e9gias para garantir o acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica em \u00e1reas rurais. Destaca-se a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento da oferta de ensino para jovens e adultos. A modalidade de Ensino de Jovens e Adultos (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/portal.mec.gov.br\/component\/tags\/tag\/32737-eja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EJA<\/a><\/strong><\/span>), tamb\u00e9m prevista no artigo 205 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rizoma-freireano.org\/articles-1313\/educacao-de-jovens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deve ter seu oferecimento p\u00fablico garantido pelo Estado desde que haja demanda para tal<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Nas \u00e1reas rurais, onde h\u00e1 maior preval\u00eancia de analfabetismo e escolaridade b\u00e1sica incompleta, a oferta desse tipo de ensino \u00e9 especialmente necess\u00e1ria. No entanto, segundo relat\u00f3rio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Amazonas Sustent\u00e1vel (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fas-amazonia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAS<\/a><\/strong><\/span>), apenas 9% das escolas rurais do estado do Amazonas ofereciam a modalidade de EJA.<\/p><p>Para entender melhor a realidade escolar em \u00e1reas rurais do estado Amazonas, nosso estudo analisou informa\u00e7\u00f5es referente ao contexto escolar de 69 comunidades rurais situadas na Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel Aman\u00e3 (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/meioambiente.am.gov.br\/reserva-de-desenvolvimento-sustentavel-amana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RDS Aman\u00e3<\/a><\/strong><\/span>), uma unidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o localizada no estado do Amazonas. Deste total, 46 possuem escola com pr\u00e9dio pr\u00f3prio, e, em outras quatro, as aulas funcionaram no domic\u00edlio de algum morador, na igreja ou no centro comunit\u00e1rio. Para o funcionamento da modalidade de ensino por media\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, \u00e9 essencial o acesso ao servi\u00e7o de energia. Por\u00e9m, os dados do estudo apontam para a aus\u00eancia desse servi\u00e7o na maioria das comunidades e para o acesso prec\u00e1rio em outras partes, ocasionando irregularidade no calend\u00e1rio escolar.<\/p><p>O modelo de escolas nucleares tamb\u00e9m apresenta desencontros na sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o: a falta de transporte adequado e irregularidade de combust\u00edvel para deslocar os estudantes entre as comunidades comprometem a frequ\u00eancia escolar. \u00c9 comum ouvir relatos de pais que assumiram mais esta responsabilidade.<\/p><p>Todos esses aspectos servem como indicadores importantes sobre o contexto social das popula\u00e7\u00f5es ribeirinhas no estado do Amazonas. As pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas educacionais indicadas em nosso estudo est\u00e3o contribuindo para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o rural ampliar suas expectativas de melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida.
