Esse assunto tem sido associado ao processo de desenvolvimento industrial indiscriminado e acabou levantando diversas bandeiras a n\u00edvel mundial em prol do meio-ambiente. Manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas e inflamadas acabaram trazendo debates que muitas vezes se desassociam \u00e0 ci\u00eancia. Mesmo havendo pesquisas importantes sobre o assunto, ainda existem d\u00favidas e m\u00e1s interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es que acabam criando discuss\u00f5es rasas, incoerentes e enviesadas.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 importante entendermos que a variabilidade clim\u00e1tica \u00e9 natural. Em escala de d\u00e9cadas nos deparamos com fen\u00f4menos clim\u00e1ticos como o El Ni\u00f1o e La Ni\u00f1a que est\u00e3o relacionados a anomalias de temperatura no oceano Pac\u00edfico e que alteram significativamente o regime de chuva na regi\u00e3o Amaz\u00f4nica e em v\u00e1rios outros lugares do Brasil e do mundo (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/enos.cptec.inpe.br\/saiba\/Oque_el-nino.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre El Ni\u00f1o e La Ni\u00f1a<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). J\u00e1 em escala de s\u00e9culos e mil\u00eanios existem altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas de grandes propor\u00e7\u00f5es como surgimento de eras glaciais (\u00faltima h\u00e1 20 mil anos) e outros per\u00edodos menos bruscos como a \u201cPequena Era do Gelo\u201d entre 1500 e 1800 d.c. Para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre paleoclimatologia, consulte o texto do pesquisador Rafael Reis, que aborda como foi o clima do passado na regi\u00e3o Amaz\u00f4nica, publicado <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufrgs.br\/conexoesamazonicas\/registros-do-passado-e-conexoes-entre-os-andes-e-amazonia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqui<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0no Conex\u00f5es Amaz\u00f4nicas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 No entanto, a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos cientistas e lideran\u00e7as mundiais dentro do contexto do IPCC (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intergovernamental Panel on Climate Change<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) toma a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de destacar a influ\u00eancia humana sobre o clima no intuito de tentar diminuir os efeitos sobre algo que, ao contr\u00e1rio da variabilidade natural, temos certa responsabilidade. Em \u00e1reas urbanas, efeitos no clima em decorr\u00eancia de a\u00e7\u00f5es antr\u00f3picas s\u00e3o facilmente notados, como \u00e9 o caso da\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecycle.com.br\/4175-inversao-termica.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">invers\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0e do aumento da temperatura devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas verdes (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brasilescola.uol.com.br\/geografia\/ilha-de-calor.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ilhas de calor<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Em escala global, o efeito humano sobre o clima se resume a consequ\u00eancias decorrentes de emiss\u00f5es de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecycle.com.br\/6215-efeito-estufa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gases de efeito estufa (GEE)<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na atmosfera. Por\u00e9m, tal efeito j\u00e1 n\u00e3o fica t\u00e3o percept\u00edvel por se tratar de um processo bastante complexo que se mistura a varia\u00e7\u00f5es naturais que ocorrem entre anos, esta\u00e7\u00f5es e por fen\u00f4menos atmosf\u00e9ricos espec\u00edficos. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Uma alternativa para detectar e projetar esses impactos \u00e9 utilizar o atual conhecimento cient\u00edfico no desenvolvimento de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrp-climate.org\/wgcm-cmip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">modelos clim\u00e1ticos<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Os modelos clim\u00e1ticos s\u00e3o ferramentas matem\u00e1ticas que representam em forma de equa\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas o balan\u00e7o de massa e energia que ocorre na atmosfera, nos oceanos, sobre o solo e geleiras. Eles s\u00e3o capazes de simular aproximadamente o clima atual do planeta e fazer proje\u00e7\u00f5es utilizando como dados de entrada s\u00e9ries de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o dos GEE na atmosfera. Esses modelos fornecem ent\u00e3o informa\u00e7\u00f5es de clima como: temperatura, chuva, umidade do ar, press\u00e3o atmosf\u00e9rica, entre outros.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 J\u00e1 para detec\u00e7\u00e3o mais precisa desse impacto nos recursos h\u00eddricos, fazemos uso de modelos hidrol\u00f3gicos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Com um conceito semelhante, os modelos hidrol\u00f3gicos utilizam dados de chuva como entrada para simular escoamento superficial, infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o, evapotranspira\u00e7\u00e3o e varia\u00e7\u00e3o umidade do solo em bacias hidrogr\u00e1ficas, e muitas vezes tamb\u00e9m estima as vaz\u00f5es de rios. As proje\u00e7\u00f5es dos modelos clim\u00e1ticos analisadas est\u00e3o relacionadas ao cen\u00e1rio\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sos.noaa.gov\/datasets\/climate-model-temperature-change-rcp-45-2006-2100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RCP4.5<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0que \u00e9 um dos cen\u00e1rios mais usados e representa um futuro com desenvolvimento sob um controle razo\u00e1vel nas emiss\u00f5es de GEE.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Os resultados encontrados em nossa pesquisa t\u00eam mostrado um aumento consider\u00e1vel na temperatura anual m\u00e9dia (entre 2 e 3 oC), em toda a regi\u00e3o Amaz\u00f4nica, e um pouco menor no extremo oeste da bacia, como podemos observar na Figura 2 abaixo. <\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Esses resultados n\u00e3o implicam que alguns invernos rigorosos e ver\u00f5es amenos deixar\u00e3o de existir, pois esses fazem parte da variabilidade natural. Observa-se tamb\u00e9m que haver\u00e1 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da precipita\u00e7\u00e3o entre 5 e 20% principalmente na parte leste da bacia e um aumento no extremo oeste (5 a 20 % na regi\u00e3o andina). Podemos ver como a vaz\u00e3o atual (linha preta da figura acima) se encontra bem acima da faixa de proje\u00e7\u00f5es (em cinza) geradas pelo modelo hidrol\u00f3gico. Isso implica em redu\u00e7\u00f5es de 10 a 20% nas \u00e1guas dos rios Madeira, Amazonas, Purus e at\u00e9 mais de 30% no Xingu e Tapaj\u00f3s.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Os resultados alcan\u00e7ados neste estudo fornecem informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas para o planejamento e gerenciamento dos recursos naturais. E diante das atuais condi\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento, \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel que projetos de engenharia e planejamentos de recursos levem em considera\u00e7\u00e3o informa\u00e7\u00f5es das proje\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.
